£30,000 📋 Campaign Management 🎯
6 Month FTC starting in August
Location: Hybrid (2 / 3 days in the office)
native has been building for 10 years, but we're still very much a startup: fast-moving, ambitious, and building with intent. We're creating the infrastructure that connects students, Students’ Unions, universities, and advertisers through a managed marketplace.
Our goal is to deliver for students by increasing student engagement while enabling Students’ Unions to secure sustainable funding. For advertisers, we offer meaningful, measurable routes to student audiences. The more aligned these incentives are, the more defensible and scalable our business becomes.
The Opportunity
The Graduate Campaign Delivery Coordinator will be part of our Campaign Delivery team. This team is the execution powerhouse behind native's ambitious growth and is responsible for executing campaigns that engage students and meet advertiser objectives.
We deliver a wide range of activities, including experiential activations, fairs, and digital ad products, collaborating closely with Students' Unions, vendors, and specialist internal sub-functions within Campaign Delivery, such as Logistics, Creative Production, and Staffing. Our team ensures operational excellence through meticulous planning, clear communication, and a supportive, highly-collaborative, internal culture.
What you’ll be working on
- Coordinating the end-to-end execution of assigned campaigns, including high-impact experiential activations, collaborating closely with Students' Unions, venues, and internal teams such as Creative Production, Logistics, and Staffing
- Acting as the key contact for Students' Unions and venues during campaign delivery, maintaining clear and proactive communication updates to all clients
- Ensuring campaign deliverability through detailed checks against internal standards, venue-specific requirements, and compliance guidelines
- Proactively identifying and resolving operational issues, including on-the-ground experiential challenges, escalating appropriately to maintain smooth delivery
- Monitoring campaign timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure all tasks remain on schedule and delivered to native’s high standards
- Gathering and analysing campaign performance data, contributing valuable insights to inform continuous improvement
- Supporting the implementation of new operational processes and best practices, enhancing the efficiency of the team
What we’re looking for
You’ll bring vision, structure, and operational discipline to a fast-growing function. You know how to scale people-driven operations and balance commercial priorities with quality, compliance, and culture.
Specifically, you will bring:
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, comfortable managing multiple campaigns and competing priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build trusting relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, confident and effective in liaising directly with Students' Unions, venues, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Proactive problem-solving skills, able to anticipate challenges and swiftly implement solutions
- Ability to perform well under pressure, maintaining meticulous attention to detail and high-quality standards
- Understanding of operational processes, compliance requirements, and logistics coordination
- Analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting performance data and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Collaborative and adaptable, enthusiastic about team success and personal development
What’s in it for you
- 💰 Base Salary: £30,000 per annum
- 🏠 Remote-first role in the UK
- 🏫 Pension contributions of 5%
- 🏖️ 25 days off (excluding bank holidays)
- 🎂 Day off on your birthday
- 📈 Share Options for all
- 👨🏽💻 Work from home set-up budget
- 🚂 Season Ticket Loan Scheme
- 👶 Paid maternity, paternity, adoption or shared parental leave
Equal Opportunity Statement
