What you could be doing:

• As a graduate Chemist, you wil support the development, testing, and optimisation of insulation products and materials.

• Conduct laboratory experiments, analyse data, and report findings to technical teams.

• Assist with product trials, quality control activities, and continuous improvement projects.

• Work closely with manufacturing and R&D teams to solve technical and process challenges.

• Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Candidate requirements:

• You should be no more than 12 months post-graduation and available to take up a position no later than 30 September 2027

• You should have no more than 12 months’ work experience (not including university placements, internships, summer jobs, etc.)

• You must be eligible to live and work permanently in the United Kingdom

• You will need to have a Degree and/or Masters in a relevant discipline i.e.: Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Materials Science

• Excellent English communication; verbal and written
