This is a 'commercial' graduate scheme where the successful candidates will join a pivotal commercial business function within an FMCG environment. The functions' key purpose is to grow our business by improving our sales and profit performance, resulting in it sitting at the heart of everything we do.
This means you will need to be a quick learner, love working in a fast-moving environment, be able to develop first class communication and commercial skills, and enjoy early responsibility.
The Scheme
- Duration: 18 months
- Location: St Albans office in Hertfordshire
- Start Date: September 7th, 2026
- Initial 3 months with 'Stand Out' field sales team, learning about our customers, brands, and consumer behavior. A car will be issued for this period, so driving ability is required.
- Two head office placements in areas like Category Management, Commercial Planning, Online Trading, or Strategic Planning & Investment.
- Potential promotion to Customer Account Exec, Category Exec, or another suitable role upon successful completion.

- Graduates to support ESG strategy, particularly in charity/volunteering initiatives.

- Preparedness to relocate to St Albans AL1 2RE, with overnight stays in other locations if required.
