Alongside this, the graduate will take real ownership of our Arts Membership programme: recruiting new members, developing retention strategies, coordinating a regular members’ newsletter, and planning member events from professional development sessions to social gatherings.
They will also work closely with Emerge to connect recent Bath Spa graduates with the membership. The graduate will support the promotion and delivery of our Locksbrook young people’s programmes. Throughout, the graduate will contribute to audience development, evaluate and improve programme delivery, and play an active part in building Locksbrook’s reputation as a creative community hub for Bath and the wider region.
