About the Role

The Customer Intelligence team is responsible for ensuring our customers take action on Fospha data: turning data into clear recommendations, guiding marketers through budgeting decisions, and helping client teams become experts in the Fospha platform.

This is the entry point into the function, and it is a hands-on one. You'll work across live customer accounts from the point that they go live with Fospha, becoming the trusted expert in the domain, our customers and the decisions they are making across their marketing mix. It's a role for someone who wants to learn how to turn data into customer action, in a business where these actions are meaningful and exciting.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • You'll join our Customer Intelligence Team and work across customer accounts, becoming a trusted expert in the insight, model, and data quality that sit behind them.
  • You'll be responsible for the customer outcomes your team owns—driving action on insight, trust in the model, and confidence in data quality—contributing to customer retention alongside the Account Manager.
  • You'll build deep expertise in your specialism and use it to solve real customer problems, turning data into clear recommendations, building trust in our methodology, and keeping data accurate and flowing.
  • You'll be confident and effective in customer-facing moments relevant to your team, building credibility with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You'll be collaborative, working closely with Account Managers and other specialist teams, feeding customer insight back to Product, and keeping everyone aligned with regular progress updates.
  • In addition to your core responsibilities, we expect you to be excited by the opportunity Gen AI brings and find new ways of working utilising our Gen AI hub to increase our efficiency.

The Centre of Excellence

The Centre of Excellence is Fospha's early-careers programme that develops ambitious, high-performing talent through focused training, hands-on experience, and cross-functional exposure. Starting in Customer Intelligence, you'll gain foundational experience while being prepared for future opportunities across the organisation.

The programme operates on the following principles:

  • Individual Responsibility from the Get-go: You will quickly be responsible for the success of your work, able to make an individual impact early in your career.
  • Work alongside SLT at Leading Businesses: You will be engaging with Senior Leadership and C-Level executives at leading retail brands, getting exposure to how top companies operate.
  • Become a Customer Facing Expert: You will be working directly with customers, often meeting them in person and developing your ability to create strong interpersonal relationships.
  • Cross-Functional Exposure: We offer unique opportunities to learn from and collaborate with every department in the business—many daily.
  • Comprehensive Training: In addition to the extensive on-the-job learning opportunities, you'll receive a broad and blended in-person training curriculum covering essential topics such as Business Storytelling, Account Management, Market Research & Product and Financial Management.
  • Real Mentorship: Regular one-to-ones, feedback, and career conversations with people invested in your progression, not just your output.
  • Career Development: High performers have clear opportunities to quickly advance their careers at Fospha—whether progressing within our Customer Teams toward strategic and/or management roles or moving into other departments that align with your skills and interests.
  • Modern Tools: Hands-on exposure to Gen AI tooling through our Gen AI hub, so you're building modern, AI-fluent ways of working rather than legacy processes.

What We Can Offer You

  • Salary: £34k + discretionary 10% bonus
  • A workplace pension: Fospha matching your contributions up to 3%
  • Flexible benefits allowance: £1,000/year for private medical insurance, dental cover, a health cash plan, gym membership, extra holiday, or a pension top-up
  • Access to Wellhub: One membership across gyms, boutique studios, and wellbeing apps
  • Annual leave: 25 days, plus 8 UK bank holidays, an extra day off for your birthday, and more holiday the longer you stay (26 days after 3 years, 27 after 6)
  • Life assurance: Worth 4x your annual salary from day one
  • Cycle to Work scheme: Plus discounts on everyday spending through our benefits portal
  • Financial advice: Quarterly one-to-one sessions with a financial adviser, plus access to payroll-deducted loans through Salary Finance
  • Paid volunteering days: Each year
  • Regular socials: Free weekly snacks, Lunch & Learn events, and access to the wider Blenheim Chalcot community
  • Opportunities to travel: Including to our India and North America offices

What Are We Looking For?

  • We hire for potential—you don’t need a technical degree or marketing background.
  • Curious, proactive individuals who are keen to learn and grow.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building ability, both internally and externally.
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting data and creating insights—proficiency in Excel!
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Solving problems for customers.
  • Interest in emerging technologies and excited by the potential and opportunity AI brings.

Our Values and Principles

  • Seek inclusion & diversity: We create an environment where everyone feels welcome, and people are encouraged to speak and be heard.
  • Work Hard, Work Well, Work Together: We take responsibility for making things happen, independently and together; we help colleagues in need and close loops, making sure our work is complete and has lasting impact.
  • Grow: We are proactive, curious and unafraid of failure.
  • Customer at the heart: We care about the customer, feel their pain, and love building products that solve their biggest problems.
  • Candour with caring: We deliver candid feedback with kindness and receive it with gratitude.
