Key Responsibilities

The Customer Success Specialist role is pivotal in bridging client-facing needs with operational excellence. You’ll assist with onboarding new clients (especially DIY), coordinate across departments, and ensure documentation and delivery flows are followed accurately. You’ll own small delivery tasks end-to-end and start to manage more complex internal workstreams.

  • Own internal or small-scale client projects — Manage everything from planning to delivery, independently.
  • Keep projects on track — Monitor timelines, manage dependencies, and ensure quality at every stage.
  • Support scalable success — Help roll out repeatable programs, training modules, and onboarding kits.
  • Collaborate and grow — Join cross-functional alignment meetings, retrospectives, and continuous improvement sessions.
  • Lead client onboarding — Guide new clients through platform setup and delivery expectations with confidence.
  • Be the go-to for client queries — Manage incoming questions via Zendesk and keep Monday.com project boards updated.
  • Keep documentation sharp — Maintain and update internal guides, client-facing docs, and training decks.
  • Own quality assurance — Perform QA checks on dashboards, deliverables, and tagging setups to ensure accuracy.
  • Work cross-functionally — Partner with Product and Tech teams for smooth handovers and fast issue resolution.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • A structured thinker with strong documentation and coordination skills
  • Familiar with tools like Monday.com, Zendesk, or equivalent project/task tracking tools
  • Comfortable working with both technical teams and client-facing stakeholders
  • Able to juggle multiple small projects or tasks while maintaining strong communication
  • Have previously completed an internship within customer service or success
