About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Business/Data Analyst to support the Project Management Office (PMO) and Enterprise Risk functions. The role plays a key part in driving process improvement through the Microsoft Power Platform, as well as supporting the delivery of enfinium’s Data Transformation Programme.
This opportunity is ideal for a graduate with strong analytical skills, an interest in digital tools, and a passion for data‐driven decision‐making. You will support project governance, risk management, workflow automation, and enterprise‐wide data improvement in a dynamic and growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, analyse and interpret data from multiple sources across PMO, Enterprise Risk, and Data Transformation.
- Produce accurate, accessible reports and dashboards for a range of stakeholders.
- Support development of structured datasets, reporting models, and data standards.
Process Improvement & Power Platform Development
- Use the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to design and implement digital process improvements.
- Build and maintain low‐code tools that enhance workflow efficiency, data capture, and reporting.
- Map and document existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and co‐create enhanced solutions.
Data Transformation Programme Support
- Contribute to activities relating to data quality, governance, standardisation, and improved data flows.
- Support embedding new data processes, structured reporting practices, and enterprise‐wide data models.
- Assist with communications, stakeholder training, and adoption of new digital tools.
- Collaborate with PMO colleagues, technical specialists, and data owners to maintain accurate and consistent data.
PMO & Enterprise Risk Support
- Support project and portfolio reporting, health checks, and performance metrics.
- Assist in producing risk reports, trend analysis, and updates to risk registers.
- Provide analytical and operational support for cross‐functional projects.
Continuous Improvement & Collaboration
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, data quality, and existing tools.
- Work flexibly across functions and build strong relationships with project managers, risk owners, and transformation leads.
- Support ad‐hoc analysis and business improvement activities.
Candidate Profile
Education & Background
- Graduate with a degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Exposure to digital tools, low‐code platforms, or analytical coursework is advantageous.
Technical Skills
- Strong Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
- Exposure to Power Apps, Power Automate or Power BI is desirable; enthusiasm to develop low‐code solutions is essential.
- Understanding of data governance, structured reporting, or data quality is an advantage.
- Comfortable learning new systems and tools quickly.
