Join Grayce as a Graduate Data & Analytics Consultant and start building a career using data to solve business problems, improve decisions and support major organisational change.
You’ll work full-time, in person with a Grayce client in London and contribute to real data-led work from the start.
Depending on the project and your developing strengths, you could analyse complex datasets, build dashboards, communicate insights, improve data quality or support data pipelines and transformations.
Alongside your client experience, Grayce’s Accelerated Development Programme provides structured learning, dedicated coaching and a minimum of six industry-recognised accreditations.
What you could be doing
Your responsibilities may include:
- Analysing and interpreting complex datasets
- Identifying trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement
- Building dashboards, reports and data visualisations
- Turning analysis into clear, useful recommendations
- Communicating findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Supporting data pipelines and data transformations
- Checking and improving data quality
- Helping teams apply data governance standards
- Contributing to data-led business and technology change
You’ll normally work with one client at a time. This allows you to understand its data, people and business challenges in depth, build trusted relationships and see how your work supports real decisions.

You’ll be a strong match if you can demonstrate:

- Good communication and collaboration
- Adaptability in a professional, client-facing environment
- An interest in technology and continuous learning
Your experience could come from degree modules, a dissertation, personal projects, a portfolio, an internship, a placement, part-time work or extracurricular activity.
Prior professional data experience is not required.
Technical skills
Experience with one or more of the following would be useful:
- Excel
- SQL
- Python or R
- Power BI, Tableau or another visualisation tool
- Data modelling and transformation concepts
- AWS, Azure or another cloud platform
