Role Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing data-driven models that support decision-making processes across various departments.
- Designing and executing experiments to test hypotheses.
- Analysing large datasets to uncover insights.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into actionable business strategies.
What We're Looking For From You:
- Statistical Expertise: Strong foundation in statistical methods and their practical applications.
- Programming Proficiency: Advanced coding skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data gathering, analysis, and modelling.
- Data Handling: Experience with large datasets, data wrangling, and data visualisation tools.
- Machine Learning: Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and frameworks.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to new challenges.
