Graduate Development Surveyor

We’re looking for a Graduate Development Surveyor to join our team at Nansledan, one of the UK’s most ambitious development projects, with the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting housing, commercial and leisure projects that will shape the future of this growing community.
Reporting to the Development Director, this is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full development lifecycle. You’ll support the delivery of residential neighbourhoods, affordable and Build to Rent housing, commercial developments (including a new High Street area called “Market Street”), and community and sports facilities, while working alongside housebuilders, consultants, local stakeholders and colleagues across the Duchy.
From supporting development agreements and financial appraisals to helping deliver projects themselves, you’ll gain experience of every aspect of creating a thriving, sustainable place.
We’re looking for someone with a degree in a development-related discipline who is passionate about property, placemaking and creating communities that balance commercial success with positive social and environmental outcomes.
You’ll be highly organised, commercially aware and eager to learn, with strong communication skills, a collaborative approach and the confidence to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
Most importantly, you’ll be motivated by the opportunity to develop your career while contributing to one of the UK’s most innovative long-term development projects.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside an experienced Development Director and within a wider development team, gaining broad experience across residential, commercial and mixed-use development from strategy through to delivery.
