Working on various structural refurbishment projects, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of our construction projects. The duties of the Graduate Engineer role will include:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Collaborating with senior engineers ensuring projects are executed efficiently
- Working closely with design teams to understand project requirements and contribute to the development of construction plans
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation including drawing, specifications, and progress reports
- Implementing and enforcing quality control processes ensuring construction activities meet industry standards
- Actively participating in training programs and industry related seminars to stay informed about the latest construction technologies and methodologies
What skills and experience do you need?
We are seeking a construction graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field. You will be competent in AutoCAD, project management software, and you will have knowledge of construction management, structural engineering, or project management. You will possess a genuine passion for delivering excellent service and have a strong ambition to drive and embrace innovation.
