About the role

We are looking for a Graduate Structural Engineer to join our Building Structures team in Stockport.

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of building structures projects, working alongside experienced engineers and developing your technical knowledge.

A typical week may include:

• Preparing feasibility studies for structures
• Supporting survey work on projects
• Carrying out calculations and assisting with structural design
• Assisting with the preparation of drawings and technical information
• Developing your understanding of structural engineering principles and design

Working Arrangements

This role is primarily office-based within our Stockport office with some flexibility available for the right candidate.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil or structural engineering
• A genuine desire to pursue a career in structural engineering
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong motivation to develop your engineering knowledge and abilities
• The ability to work well as part of a small team
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• A location that is commutable to our Stockport office
