Full-time
We’re looking for a proactive Graduate Finance Associate to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for a part-qualified accountant who wants broad exposure across group finance, management reporting, systems, and multi-entity operations in a fast-scaling business.
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you’ll play a key role in strengthening the accuracy, timeliness, and scalability of our finance processes while supporting day-to-day operations across the group.
The Opportunity
As we continue to grow, this hire will increase capacity within the finance function and help us build robust, efficient processes to support the wider business. You’ll work closely with the VP of Finance, external partners, and stakeholders across multiple teams and geographies.
Key Responsibilities
Core Finance Operations
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Support the month-end close, including journals, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with payroll preparation across multiple regions (Philippines, Portugal, Hong Kong, Dubai)
- Support UK payments as processes transition
- Contribute to monthly management accounts and investor reporting
- Liaise with external bookkeepers
- Provide cover and support for insurance, plans migration, and related finance packs
Compliance & Controls
- Support audit requests and statutory filings
- Maintain finance policies and internal control documentation
- Ensure financial records and documentation are audit-ready
Data & Systems
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of data in Xero
- Support finance system integrations (e.g. HubSpot, Count)
- Identify and assist with automation and process improvement opportunities
General Support
- Support month-end close processes, including bank reconciliations
- Process and reconcile AP/AR for developers and sub-agents
- Assist with cash monitoring and payroll coordination
- Support management accounts and audit preparation
- Maintain separate P&L and management reporting
- Perform cash reconciliations and payouts for the lettings business
- Support forecasting on the lettings book
About You
- Part-qualified accountant (ACCA or ICAEW)
- Management accounting experience (desirable)
- Comfortable working across multiple entities and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, organised, and keen to improve processes
- Confident working with finance systems and data
Why Join Us?
- Broad exposure across group finance, systems, and multi-entity reporting
- A chance to help build and scale finance processes, not just maintain them
- Close collaboration with senior finance leadership
- A growing business with opportunities to develop and progress
