As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for curious, motivated graduates to join our Graduate Programme and start their careers in consulting. As a Graduate Financial Services Consultant, your role will be varied. You will receive both formal and on-the-job training to become a change management consultant, working on transformation, data, payments, and risk and compliance projects.

Ideal Candidate
This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a 2:1 degree, motivated to pursue a career in financial services and assist organisations in achieving their strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of change consulting projects to our clients across our core capabilities in Transformation, Payments, Risk & Compliance and Data.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs.
- Developing project plans and timelines.
- Implementing changes to existing systems or processes.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Providing training on new systems or processes.
- Managing project budgets and timelines.
- Reporting project progress to stakeholders.
- Enjoying lots of fun and learning along the way.
Qualifications
- 2:1 degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Business, Economics, or Project Management.
- Solid logical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to a wide range of audiences.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to the team's success.
- Good attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- An interest in the financial services industry and change management, with a desire to learn and grow in this field.
