Graduate Internship in Madrid: Founder's Associate at an insurance-focussed Fintech

About the Role

We are looking for a Founder's Associate Intern to work directly with our CEO on a wide range of strategic and operational projects. This is a hands-on role for someone who is analytical, highly organized, and eager to experience firsthand how a fast-scaling fintech operates at the leadership level.

The right person will be someone sharp, adaptable, and unafraid to take initiative — but who is also open to guidance and support as they grow into a critical right-hand role. Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside the CEO on strategic initiatives, project management, and operational execution.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and support business intelligence efforts.
• Prepare internal presentations, investor materials, and operational reports.
• Help coordinate across teams to ensure alignment on key projects and deliverables.
• Analyze data and user insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in identifying growth opportunities and improving internal processes.
• Manage ad hoc projects across multiple business areas, adapting quickly to new tasks.

Ideal Profile

• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Eager to learn, open to feedback, and comfortable working closely with senior leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Spanish and English preferred).
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where flexibility is key.

Internship Details

• Duration: 6-12 months
• Location: Madrid, Spain (Hybrid or On-site preferred)
• Compensation: Paid up to €1300 per month
