This is a great opportunity for an ambitious intelligent Graduate who wants to join a large FMCG organisation. It will suit someone who wants to gain a broad knowledge and understanding of IT and who will flourish in a fast-paced environment where you are given early responsibility.

We have an IT graduate opportunity, following a Technology & Security path, based in Hampshire where an office is currently located in Winchester.

Overview of the IT Function

Our IT function is split into three core departments, each is headed up by a Senior Leader.

1. Technology & Service
2. Commercial Systems (Including Analytics and Automation)
3. Supply Chain Systems

This placement is within the Technology, Security & Service Department.

In total, we have a team of c.85 (spread across various locations including St Albans, Manchester and Winchester). We extend the team by working with a number of 3rd parties who provide us with deeper, more flexible capabilities in areas such as Cyber Security, Networking, Public Cloud expertise and Application Development. Many of these partners are industry leaders and names that will be familiar, ie Vodafone, Microsoft, Amazon Web Services.

The Scheme

The Hampshire (Winchester Office) Technology Grad: Rotations through the different Technology departments. You will report into the Technical Architecture Manager (working in the Design team) but also experience working within Service Management, Technical Delivery, Cyber Security, Application Development and lastly a more focused SAP Technical team. In addition to this, some days will be at St Albans to build a relationship with fellow Grads.

Depending on the role, travel may be required to different locations, which may include overnight stays.

Minimum Entry Requirements

• 3 A Levels – minimum of 280 UCAS points gained
• Degree qualified 2:1 minimum achieved (or expected) within a Technology based subject (ie Computer Science, Cyber, Networking, Development or Computing)
• Clear career aspirations demonstrated through employment or work experience/placement
• The successful candidate must have permission to work in the UK by the start of their employment and English speaking
• UK driving licence
• Experience of leadership roles across sports, hobbies or other interests
• Strong Communicator both oral and written
• Skilled in Microsoft Suite and highly proficient with all aspects of IT
