Graduate Marketing Executive

We are seeking a Graduate Marketing Executive to join our growing team. With a digital-first approach, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to raise brand awareness, drive engagement and generate leads.

This role would be suitable for a recent graduate, or candidates graduating in summer 2026 who have completed a placement year as part of their course.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with automotive manufacturers and internal teams to execute marketing planners.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social, and paid channels.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels and materials.
  • Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for branded materials and signage.
  • Be a proactive team player and support all functions / brands within a dynamic marketing team.
  • Keep informed of industry trends, design tools, and creative best practices to continually improve output.

Skills and Competencies Required

  • Third level qualification in marketing or a similar field.
  • At least 1 year of marketing experience.
  • Strong digital skills and experience/awareness of various digital marketing platforms (GA4, Google Ads, Mailchimp, WordPress / Website CMS).
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and experience creating engaging, brand-aligned content and campaigns.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Full UK driving licence, eligible to work in the UK and willing to travel to various Donnelly Group sites and conferences.

Desirable

  • Video editing skills (Capcut, Premier Pro, etc).

Required Criteria

  • Possess a second level qualification and/or degree in marketing or a related discipline.
  • Two years' experience in a marketing or related role.
  • A confident communicator willing to put forward solutions and opinions.
  • Creative flair with originality.
  • Strong IT & written skills with exceptional attention to detail, working with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Full valid driving licence.

Desired Criteria

  • Two years’ experience of social media advertising to include a demonstrable working knowledge of Facebook Business Manager suite.
  • CIM or similar qualification in digital marketing.
  • Previous experience of the Automotive Industry.
