SCOPE OF WORK:

1. Operational & Analytical Support

  • Conduct routine OSINT analysis to support customer accounts.
  • Assist with platform-related tasks, including OSINT collection building and data exploration.
  • Provide first- and second-line resilience support for embedded analyst roles.

2. Customer Enablement & Content Development

  • Contribute to the creation and improvement of use cases, training materials, workshops, and release notes.
  • Support professional standards of internal OSINT tradecraft and quality assurance.
  • Help develop enablement material used across customer accounts.

3. Customer Engagement & Delivery

  • Support on-site customer activities including preparation, participation, and follow-up.
  • Shadow embedded analysts across accounts to improve awareness and resilience.
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops as skills develop.

4. Team Resilience & Cross-Account Support

  • Provide cross-account operational support
  • Assist with documentation and knowledge-sharing efforts to strengthen long-term account resilience.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the wider CSM team.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN

  • Practical OSINT methodologies and structured tradecraft.
  • Hands-on platform expertise in a leading intelligence technology environment.
  • Customer-facing skills including training delivery, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • How to support and operate within high-value strategic accounts.
  • Pathway development toward embedded analyst or junior CSM roles.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • A recent graduate in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Security, Data/Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in OSINT, intelligence, or technology-enabled analysis.
  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
  • Open to hybrid work, three days per week in the London office.
  • Eligibility and willingness to obtain a security clearance.

You get bonus points if you have any of the following:

  • Previous academic or internship exposure to OSINT or intelligence work.
  • Experience creating analytical outputs or presenting findings.
  • Comfort engaging with customers or stakeholders.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms.
