A collective energy and ambition. A place where you can make a real difference. We’re a company that genuinely cares about our people, our products, our consumers, and the environment. Our unique, informal culture champions courage, determination, and collaboration. Knowing we have an open and supportive team means each of us has the freedom to take responsibility and ownership. We have a shared passion to work hard, innovate, and push boundaries.
United by the belief that when we strive for growth, anything is possible. While we might not be the largest company in our industry, we believe we can have the biggest impact because: Together We Have the Power to Win.
The Opportunity
Join us for a 24-month development role, where you'll gain hands-on experience within our Direct Procurement team. Based in Folkestone, Kent (hybrid), you’ll work with real data, build robust Excel models, maintain Power BI dashboards, and contribute to procurement and supply-related projects across Europe. You’ll be part of a supportive, medium-sized team that values curiosity, encourages development, and always makes time for coaching and questions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse procurement data and provide insight to support category decisions.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports and Excel models for cost tracking and performance management.
- Support sourcing activity for packaging and raw materials across Europe.
- Contribute to cross-functional project work across Procurement and Supply.
- Prepare presentations and visuals to support data-driven decision making.
- Assist with process optimisation, cost analysis and continuous improvement activity.
Education & Experience
- Postgraduate or recent graduate in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel capability and experience using Power BI for reporting.
- Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) desirable.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Curious mindset with a proactive, “can-do” approach.
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications.
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re naturally inquisitive, confident working with data, and eager to build a career within Procurement. You’ll enjoy solving problems, learning from experienced colleagues, and contributing to meaningful commercial decision-making. Most importantly—you’re ready to learn, grow and take ownership of your development.
This role works Monday – Friday, 37-hours per week.
In return we offer a competitive package, including 24 days annual leave, a pension matched up to 9%, an annual Company performance-related bonus, life assurance cover and membership of a health cash plan.
Join us and gain real-world experience, valuable commercial insight, and the support of a team committed to helping you grow. Apply today and take the first step toward a rewarding future in Procurement!
