No Ordinary Graduate Role...
HMX Media is a world-leading developer of 3D technology and digital marketing assets. Working at the frontier of automation and AI-driven image creation, we elevate global campaigns with visuals that are precise, impactful, and scalable.
We’re looking for an ambitious graduate to join our London team as a Producer, helping to bring a dynamic range of global projects to life.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be hands-on from the start, working with a welcoming team of experts to:
-
Lead the creation of CGI and live-action promotional videos, CGI images, campaign visuals, and interactive real-time 3D applications
-
Provide an exceptional client experience — managing timelines, expectations, and internal teams. You’ll work with clients and colleagues across the globe.
-
Oversee post-production, including CGI, editing, compositing, and motion graphics
-
Take full ownership of projects, delivering to the highest standards every step of the way.
-
Collaborate with in-house software developers to improve platform features and enhance client pipelines.
What We’re Looking For
We're looking for graduates who are organised, ambitious, and eager to learn. You’ll bring:
-
A strong academic track record (2:1 or above) from a highly regarded university. Degrees with analytical, technical, or creative rigour are especially valued.
-
Intellectual curiosity and a mature, proactive mindset.
-
Great organisational and multitasking skills.
-
Excellent communication skills — in person and over email. You’ll take real responsibility from day one.
-
A sharp eye for detail and a can-do attitude.
-
Passion for storytelling, creativity and digital content.
Bonus: Prior exposure to production or an interest in CGI, animation, or emerging tech.
