In our Customer Experience pathway, you’ll develop key skills in managing customer relationships and ensuring operational excellence. You'll gain hands-on experience in optimising processes, improving service delivery, and working on projects that enhance customer satisfaction. Throughout this journey, you'll be part of a team that strives to exceed customer expectations and streamline global logistics.

In our Sales pathway, you will dive deep into the world of logistics and supply chain solutions, helping to drive business growth and build lasting customer relationships. You’ll learn how to identify customer needs, deliver tailored solutions, and close deals that support Maersk’s ambitious targets. With mentorship from industry experts and hands-on experience, you’ll become an integral part of our global sales team.

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

- Recent graduate bachelor’s degree Minimum 2:2.
- Recently graduated in Logistics & Supply Chain, Management, Business & Engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organised, strategic thinker.
- Resilient and comfortable with change.
- Commercial mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluent in English written and oral is essential.
- General work experience – voluntary or social engagement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Next Steps
- The closing date for applications is the 14th March 2026.
- Once we have received your application, and if you meet our minimum criteria, you will be asked to complete a Video Interview, to be completed by 31st March 2026.
- If successful, you will be invited to an Assessment Centre in April at our site at East Midlands Gateway (DE74 2BB). We will provide full details in advance.
- The final stage is an interview with our Leadership team.
- Successful Graduates will be offered positions in April 2026.
- The Graduate Programme will commence in September 2026.
