If you answered yes to the above questions, we want to hear from you!

We are looking for talented Graduate Project Managers to join our dynamic and expanding Project Management team in our London office and the multi-disciplinary team leading work on behalf of government organisations. You will play an active role in delivering successful projects from inception through to completion. Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Attending site visits and project meetings.
  • In your role, you will be supporting the wider project management team by coordinating, managing and communicating with the client in order to meet the requirements of the project.
  • You will also be helping to oversee and manage the control of the project both pre- and post-contract including financial expenditure throughout all RIBA stages.
  • Ensuring that you understand and comply with all Health & Safety requirements, practices, and procedures.

Further Development

At Pick Everard we have carefully considered your journey as a Graduate, ensuring you have the correct tools and support to thrive. You will automatically be enrolled on to our early careers programme, which covers the necessary soft skills needed when entering the workforce. Mentors are available for everyone, as we are dedicated to providing development opportunities for you.

Please note you must be willing and able to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role due to the nature of the projects you will be working on.

About You

Our ideal Graduate Project Manager will have:

  • A professional and personable approach, with the confidence to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A genuine passion for the construction industry and a desire to build a successful career in project management.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning and ongoing professional development.
  • Membership of, or an interest in working towards membership of, a relevant professional body such as RICS or CIOB (desirable).
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
