What does a Graduate Project Manager do at Grayce?

You’ll be placed on-site with one of our clients, working as part of their project delivery teams. Your role will focus on:

  • Supporting project delivery from planning through to execution and evaluation.

  • Managing timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications.

  • Monitoring and reporting project progress to senior managers.

  • Helping to define scope, break down tasks and ensure everything runs smoothly.

  • Finding smart solutions to blockers and bottlenecks.

  • Learning and applying industry tools such as Agile or Waterfall methodology.

As a Project Manager, you’ll be the glue that holds the project together. A key contact who keeps everything on track, ensures everyone’s aligned and communicates progress clearly to all stakeholders.
