Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Property Manager to join our growing team in Staines-upon-Thames. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to build a rewarding career in property management, gaining hands-on experience across residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
Property & Tenant Management
- Act as a key point of contact for tenants, responding to queries and resolving issues professionally.
- Support tenant communications, including notices, updates, and renewals.
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations across HMOs, flats, and offices.
Maintenance & Compliance
- Help schedule and track property maintenance, inspections, and safety checks.
- Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure timely and quality repairs.
- Support compliance with property regulations and licensing requirements (particularly for HMOs).
Administration & Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases for property management activities.
- Assist in preparing reports, lease agreements, and documentation.
- Keep safety certificates, inspections, and compliance documents up to date.
Financial Support
- Assist with processing invoices, rent payments, and related financial tasks.
- Support preparation of financial and management reports.
Skills & Qualifications
- Recent graduate (Property Management, Real Estate, Business, or related field preferred — open to all disciplines).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Willingness to learn property management systems and compliance processes.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of property regulations or HMO licensing is a plus (training provided).
