Graduate Quality Trainee
We are looking for a bright, organised and detail-oriented graduate or early-career professional with excellent written communication skills and a strong ability to work accurately with complex information. You should be highly organised, comfortable managing multiple priorities and capable of maintaining high standards when working with documentation, records and data. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn are essential.
The successful candidate will be confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook, and able to learn new systems and processes quickly. You should be reliable, conscientious and professional, with the judgement to recognise when issues need escalation and the discipline to follow established procedures. Previous healthcare, pharmaceutical or quality experience is not required; we are more interested in your attitude, aptitude and potential. This role will suit someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex tasks and is motivated by the opportunity to build a long-term career in quality, operations, compliance and regulated healthcare.
