Purpose of the Role
We are currently seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor for our London Team. This is a great opportunity to build your career with a long-established main contractor and gain experience of multi-million-pound projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Senior Quantity Surveyors with monthly cost/value reports
- Assist in the preparation and submitting of monthly valuations
- Help with the preparation of final accounts
- Negotiation of accounts and quotations
- General administration
- Attend Site Meetings as required
You will need
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
- Relevant work experience with a main contractor or consultancy practice
- Experience in BoQ production
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent numeracy, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team but also on own initiative
