  • Participating in learning and development opportunities to build your professional knowledge and experience.

  • Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present information clearly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to build positive working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications.
  • A full UK driving licence, or the ability to meet the travel requirements of the role.

What You Will Get in Return

  • A salary of up to £36,581 per annum.
  • The opportunity to gain practical experience across a diverse portfolio of construction projects.
  • Ongoing support, training, and mentorship from experienced construction professionals.
  • Exposure to the full project lifecycle, helping you build the skills and experience required for a successful career in Quantity Surveying.
  • Professional development opportunities, including support towards industry-recognised qualifications and chartership pathways.
  • A collaborative working environment where you can develop your career while contributing to projects that deliver real value for communities and stakeholders.
