Role Description

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, your role is to drive sales growth and promote collaboration across Enable Group while focusing on new external markets within construction and engineering. This role focuses on sourcing and placing candidates to blue and white-collar construction/engineering vacancies. It is a fast-paced environment managing multiple roles at a time country-wide.

Working closely with the BD Manager, you will ensure seamless CRM updates and attend weekly sales meetings to align strategies and report progress, source blue-collar and white-collar candidates and opportunities, and resource suitable candidates using your own network and tools provided.

Experience

  • Degree qualified.
  • Drive and hunger to succeed in finding candidates, making placements, and earning commission.
  • Ability to work with a proactive mindset.

Additional Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to influence decision-making and close deals effectively.
  • Adaptability and resilience to navigate challenges in the sales process and overcome objections.
  • Organisational skills to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
