About the Role
The primary focus of this role is engaging with potential leads that come through our website, recommendations, events, and other channels. Your goal will be to convert these leads into IT contracts while continuously identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
This role also includes a marketing aspect, where you’ll contribute to shaping strategies to enhance our outreach and visibility. You’ll work closely with management, IT consultants, and technical staff to deeply understand potential clients' needs and develop tailored solutions.
This is a hybrid position that offers adaptability to work remotely, with regular attendance at our Canary Wharf office and participation in client visits or events.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with inbound leads to understand their needs and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Continuously identify and pursue potential new leads.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships to foster trust and confidence.
- Work closely with IT consultants and technical staff to tailor proposals for clients.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with management on marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Attend industry events to represent the company and network with potential clients.
- Stay informed on tech trends and how they align with client requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- A recent graduate with a degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
- A self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and engaging leads.
- Great communication and relationship-building skills .
- Excellent organisation and time management abilities.
- A keen interest in technology and the ability to understand IT services.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams.
- Confidence in working directly with clients and presenting tailored solutions.
