Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

£14.25 to £16.40 per hour

Pink Tile Education are recruiting a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant for a school in Crawley. This role is a strong route into teaching, educational psychology, SEND, therapy, mental health, social work or child development.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant in Crawley, you will support pupils with learning, communication, behaviour, and emotional needs. You may work with children with autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, anxiety, SEMH needs, or additional learning needs. You will gain valuable school-based experience while working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone bright, patient, and emotionally mature. A degree is helpful, especially in psychology, education, childhood studies, sociology, criminology, or sport. However, the school will also value experience in tutoring, mentoring, care, coaching, childcare, youth work, or SEND.

Contract Options

Temporary, permanent, and temp-to-perm opportunities are available.

Start Date

As soon as possible or September.
