Salary: £26,500 (FTE) per annum

Contract type: Full Time or Part Time

Contract term: Fixed Term, one year.

Start Date: September 2025

AKS Lytham is seeking to appoint an outstanding full time Graduate Sports Coach to contribute to the busy sporting life of the school, through their delivery in the PE & Games department, participation in co-curricular activities, to support the running of the PE & Games department and represent the school as required.

As part of the role, the successful candidate will assist in the continued development of the school’s programme, particularly with regards to its core sports (hockey, rugby, netball, football, cricket, athletics). The successful candidates will have the ability to motivate and enthuse students of all ages and abilities.

Description of responsibilities

Graduate Sport Coaches support the aims and objectives of AKS PE and Sports Department in line with our sporting pillars of Participation, Engagement, Aspiration and Performance.

To demonstrate expertise in at least two of our core sports and the skills to contribute to our provision across all three terms.
