This information will be checked in every application. Please do not apply if you do not meet this condition, as your application will be rejected. Bath Spa has many other roles available that are open to all.

Please read the provided attachment “Bath Spa Graduate Scheme 2026 Information Sheet” for further information about the scheme. Working closely with colleagues across Campus Life, you’ll help develop and deliver initiatives, campaigns, and activities that enhance the day-to-day student experience.

Your days might involve contributing ideas for projects that support student wellbeing and belonging, working with Campus Life ambassadors, helping to shape engaging content, supporting events that bring students together, or collaborating with teams to ensure students have clear and helpful information when they need it.

You’ll also get involved in developing key student platforms like the My Bath Spa app, exploring opportunities with partners such as Adobe, and connecting with colleagues across our teaching sites to ensure students feel part of one connected university community. It’s a varied role where your creativity, curiosity, and willingness to collaborate will help us continue to create a positive experience for all students. (This is an 18 Month Full Time Fixed Term Role)

Strong writing skills, a creative approach to problem-solving, and an openness to learning will help you thrive, alongside a collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in listening to student perspectives. Experience with digital platforms or tools like Adobe InDesign is helpful, but just as important is your enthusiasm, adaptability, and desire to make a positive difference to the student experience at Bath Spa University.

  • Passion to enhance the student experience, sense of belonging and community at BSU

  • An interest and use of digital platforms
  • Graphic design skills / proficient use of adobe platforms
