Graduate Support, Test and Deployment Engineer
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who wants to build a career in technical support, software testing and systems deployment. Full training will be provided, and you will work alongside experienced colleagues to develop your knowledge of our products, technologies and customer environments.
You will gradually gain experience in testing new software releases, investigating technical issues, supporting customers, preparing systems for Factory Acceptance Testing and assisting with system configuration, commissioning and deployment. As your knowledge develops, you will also have opportunities to work on customer sites across the UK.
We are looking for someone who has:
-
A degree in Computer Science or a related IT/technology discipline.
-
A strong interest in software, IT systems, networking and technology.
-
A logical and methodical approach to problem solving.
-
Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
-
A willingness to travel within the UK as required.
-
A full UK driving licence.
Experience of areas such as Windows, networking, SQL, software testing or virtualisation would be helpful, but is not essential as training will be provided.
This is a great opportunity to take the knowledge gained through your degree and develop practical, hands-on experience across software testing, technical support, integrated systems and live customer deployments, with the potential to become a technical specialist within Veracity.
Veracity offers a great salary and benefits package and we are an equal opportunity employer.
