Graduate Support Worker

Jordan Xavier Connect Ltd is an Ofsted-registered organisation committed to providing safe, empowering supported accommodation for 16/17-year-olds.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering young people by promoting their independence. Every young person will be supported with respect, treated as an individual, and cared for in an inclusive, non-discriminatory environment.

We are looking for individuals who are resilient, committed, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Most importantly, you will serve as a positive role model to both the young people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support young people with day-to-day life skills (budgeting, cooking, appointments, cleaning, education)
• Create and maintain a safe, welcoming environment
• Follow safeguarding procedures to protect those you are supporting
• Work closely with the manager to track progress and update care plans
• Participate in shift work, including sleep-ins and support young people with key work sessions.

Salary: £12.21 per hour + £8.72 per hour sleep-in rate
