Job Description

We are recruiting for a Graduate Surveyor to join the Surrey, South London & Kent business space agency team based primarily from the South London office in Croydon, with occasional travel to other SHW offices. The role will involve providing support to the Partners / Director in the team undertaking building inspections, viewings and general agency work, including drafting reports, calling applicants, designing and implementing marketing campaigns and keeping clients updated on progress. The role is likely to be varied dealing with warehouse & logistics properties, offices, retail and other commercial uses in the South London and South M25 area.

Support & Qualifications

Support will be provided to assist the individual through the RICS APC process, including obtaining an RICS accredited degree, if required.
