This company are at the forefront of innovation within the Manufacturing sector and operate a world class production site in Telford. They continuously invest in technology, systems, and data driven improvements, and are now looking for a Graduate Systems Engineer to support ongoing digital transformation across the business.

In this role you will focus on automating administrative processes, digitising workflows, and developing new internal systems that improve efficiency across all departments. You will translate business challenges into technical solutions, build new tools from scratch, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the factory. You will be based on site in Telford five days a week.

The Role

• Automating and digitising processes across the factory
• Building brand new internal systems and tools from scratch
• Working closely with teams across the business to understand challenges and design solutions
• Based onsite in Telford five days a week

The Person

• Masters degree in a STEM, Computing, Data, Engineering, or Systems field
• Strong Python and SQL skills (academic or project-based experience welcome)
• Problem solver with good communication skills
• Commutable to Telford five days a week
