Are you a recent graduate with a background in English, Science, Psychology, or Childcare? Looking to use your skills in a meaningful way? Right Education is registering graduates for flexible Teaching Assistant roles across Lincoln and the surrounding areas.

These roles are ideal if you're considering a career in education, SEN, or child development and want to gain hands-on experience in school settings. Most placements begin on a short-term basis, with the potential to move into longer-term or permanent positions where there's a strong fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting pupils with academic, emotional, or behavioural needs
• Working 1:1 or in small groups alongside teachers or SENCOs
• Helping build confidence, communication, and learning skills
• Using your subject knowledge to boost pupil engagement and progress

We'd Love To Hear From Graduates Who:

• Hold a degree in English, Science, Psychology, Childcare, or a related field
• Are calm, adaptable, and proactive in school settings
• Are open to working in primary, secondary, or SEN environments
• Hold (or are willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS

Pay

£89 to £96 per day (based on 6.5 hours), depending on experience and setting
