Join Grayce as a Graduate Technology Consultant and start building a career across software engineering, cloud, cyber security, AI or IT operations.

You’ll work full-time with one of Grayce’s clients in London, contributing to the technology and systems that major organisations rely on every day.

Depending on the client opportunity and your developing strengths, you could support software delivery, help deploy new technology, monitor critical systems, contribute to cyber security activity or resolve technical issues.

This is a hands-on opportunity where you’ll learn how technology works in a real organisation—not only how it works in theory.

Alongside your client experience, Grayce’s Accelerated Development Programme provides structured learning, dedicated coaching and a minimum of six industry-recognised accreditations.

The exact focus of your work will depend on the client opportunity, your strengths and your developing interests.

What you could be doing

Your work may include:

• Supporting software development, engineering and testing activity
• Writing, reviewing or testing code
• Helping deliver software releases and technology deployments
• Supporting cloud platforms and digital infrastructure
• Monitoring systems and investigating technical issues
• Identifying problems and helping develop practical solutions
• Contributing to cyber and information security activity
• Supporting application, production or IT service delivery
• Maintaining clear technical documentation
• Communicating progress and technical information to stakeholders
• Working as part of an Agile or multidisciplinary technology team

You won’t necessarily do everything on this list. Your responsibilities will reflect the client project and technology pathway you join.

You may have developed these strengths through degree modules, a dissertation, personal projects, a coding portfolio, hackathons, societies, an internship, part-time work or independent learning.

Previous professional technology experience isn’t required.

Technical experience

Experience with one or more of the following would be useful:

• Java, Python or another programming language
• Version control
• CI/CD tools and concepts
• AWS, Azure or another cloud platform
• Jira, Confluence or similar Agile tools
• Software development or testing
• Technical troubleshooting

This is not a checklist. You’re not expected to have experience with every language, platform or tool listed.
