What’s On Offer

  • Starting salary: £34,500 (4-day week) or £39,000 (5-day week)
  • Accommodation and company car provided (adjusted salary if used)
  • Minimum 6 weeks paid holiday + birthday off (after probation)
  • Profit sharing scheme after 6 months
  • Salary review at 12 months, then annually
  • No sole charge on-call
  • RCVS and VDS membership paid
  • Visa sponsorship and funding available (2-year commitment required)

About the Role

A fantastic opportunity for a new graduate veterinary surgeon to join a thriving, independent practice offering a truly supportive start to your career.

  • Choose a mixed role (approximately 85% small animal, 10% equine, 5% farm) or small animal only.
  • Strong mentoring culture with no sole charge during on-call.
  • Rota: 1 night on-call per week (with support), 1 full weekend on-call every 6, and 1 Saturday morning in 3, with TOIL to maintain balance.

Who We’re Looking For

  • A recent or soon-to-be MRCVS-qualified vet.
  • A valid UK driving licence.
  • Enthusiasm, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit—whether you want to focus on small animal work or explore a mixed caseload.
  • Comfort working within a supported on-call rota (no sole charge).
