At GRAHAM, we are committed to growth and innovation. As our business continues to expand, we are looking for enthusiastic Graduates to join our Design Team within our Building Division. As a Assistant Design Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in bringing construction projects from concept to reality. Working alongside designers, engineers, and project managers, you’ll help coordinate drawings, plans, and technical information to make sure everything fits together on site. You don’t need specialist experience to start, just an interest in how things are built, a good eye for detail, and the drive to learn.
This role gives you the chance to develop practical skills while building your understanding of the design process in construction. You’ll gain hands-on experience, grow your confidence with digital tools, and see how your work directly contributes to creating real buildings and infrastructure. If you’re passionate about construction and have an eye for detail, this is your chance to build a career with purpose.
