Hello Future Graduate Intern
We are the University of Cumbria
Rooted in serving our communities, with people, place, and partnership at our heart. Now is a very exciting time to be joining us because we are delivering a new "Towards 2030" strategic plan focused on making the most of our three most valuable assets: People, Place, and Partnerships, to become a catalyst for economic well-being for our region, nationally and internationally.
The position offers recent graduates an exciting opportunity to gain valuable work experience as members of an educational outreach team. A high priority is given to liaising with schools and colleges, working with ages 11+, and building effective relationships to raise awareness of Level 4 and above study, including apprenticeships.

You will play a key role supporting our work to meet agreed targets and objectives, working with currently under-represented groups in Higher Education and with a wide range of stakeholders including schools, colleges, employers, and third sector organisations. You will need excellent communication and digital skills plus experience of delivering presentations to a range of audiences.
