This is your chance to gain hands-on experience across marketing, events, communications, and brand activations, working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced, exciting environment.

What you’ll be doing

As a Hospitality Graduate, you’ll support the delivery of hospitality campaigns and unforgettable customer experiences, including:

Hospitality Communications

• Assist in the development of hospitality campaigns.
• Support promotion of events across customer and employee channels.
• Develop Sales tools to support customer nominations.
• Help manage campaign timelines and track deliverables.
• Assist with internal communications and campaign updates.
• Support reporting on campaign performance and engagement metrics.

Sponsorship Team Support

• Helping manage ticketing, hospitality programs, and internal requests.
• Maintaining accurate records of campaigns, budgets, and assets.
• Supporting presentations, reports, and stakeholder updates.
• Coordinating with agencies, suppliers, and partners.

Events & Activations

• Supporting the planning and delivery of sponsorship activations and events.
• Assisting with logistics such as venues, travel arrangements, and materials.
• Playing an active role in on-site event delivery – from set-up to guest experience.
• Supporting engagement activities for customers, employees, and partners.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised, and ready to learn:

• A recent graduate in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• A strong interest in marketing, sponsorships, events, or communications.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to multitask.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Nice to have (but not essential):

• Experience in social media or content creation.
• Exposure to event planning or marketing projects.
