We are offering a Graduate Trainee Housing Officer opportunity within our Home Turf Lettings service. This is a development role designed to give you hands-on experience in tenancy and property management while supporting people to sustain safe and stable homes.
You will receive structured supervision, formal training, and a clear progression pathway into a Housing Officer role.
About the Role
As a Graduate Trainee Housing Officer, you will:

Learn to manage a portfolio of tenancies and properties

Support tenants to successfully sustain their tenancies
-
Work with landlords and partner agencies
-
Develop knowledge of housing law and tenancy management
-
Assist with property inspections and maintenance coordination
-
Support rent account monitoring and arrears management
-
Promote independence and social inclusion
-
You will work alongside people who may be experiencing homelessness, substance misuse challenges, or other vulnerabilities. A person-centred, non-judgemental approach is essential.
