They ensure smooth recruitment, fair policies, accurate financial processes, and compliance with international standards. As an intern, you’ll gain insight into how a fast-growing, remote-first company runs behind the scenes while building practical skills across people, policy, and finance.

What You’ll Do

  • Support recruitment activities: posting roles, reviewing applications, and coordinating with candidates
  • Assist in onboarding new team members and maintaining HR documentation
  • Help with finance tasks such as expense tracking, invoice handling, and reporting
  • Support legal administration, including reviewing and organizing contracts and compliance documents
  • Learn about international contractor management and global workforce operations
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to understand how HR, legal, and finance intersect in a remote tech company

Requirements

  • Interest in HR, legal, or finance fields (or related studies in business, management, law, or accounting)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
  • Good written and spoken English communication
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
  • Detail-oriented and eager to learn new systems and processes
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets, contracts, or basic finance/accounting tools is a plus
