Job Overview
Are you a recent graduate (or about to graduate) who enjoys working with data and wants to learn how HR systems operate in practice? This paid summer internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR systems, people data and analytics within a supportive professional HR team.
Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will support a range of HR system and data activities, including maintaining employee records, assisting with system testing, using Excel to analyse data, and supporting real-world HR reporting and statutory returns. Full training and ongoing support will be provided throughout the internship.
What the Role Offers

Contract Details
- Pay rate: £14.57 per hour, up to 35 hours per week.
- Duration: Starting from 18 May 2026* until 31 July 2026* (subject to completion of studies)
- Interviews: Week commencing 11 May 2026
Who This Role is Suited To
Recent or soon-to-be graduates in a numerate or technical subject (e.g. Data, Mathematics, Computer Science or related fields). Individuals who are comfortable working with data and using Excel. Those who are organised, detail-focused and keen to learn. Anyone with an interest in HR systems, analytics or people data.
This internship is ideal for anyone looking to build practical, transferable skills and gain valuable experience that will strengthen future career opportunities.
