Opportunity Details

This twelve-month under-graduate program will ensure that you gain hands-on, practical experience in aspects of the HR function.

You will provide administration support and assist with recruitment activities, absence management, health and well-being initiatives as well as learning and development.

You will have the opportunity to work with other functions including operations and commercial, gaining a good understanding of how the HR department supports the wider business.

Knowledge & Experience

We are looking for under-graduates studying a HR or Business-related degree. In addition, individuals should be:

• Keen to progress and learn within the HR function
• Have a professional work ethic combined with the ability to ensure integrity and confidentiality is always followed
• Self-motivated with a positive outlook
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Focused on attention to detail and maintaining high standards
• Great communicators with an ability to influence others
• Highly computer literate
