About the role

Through a 2-year scheme, you’ll work collaboratively with multiple teams across Technology and the wider business. You’ll support the delivery of change from initial idea through to implementation, ensuring projects meet strategic goals, managing plans and risks, and monitoring progress —all while getting support and training from expert colleagues.

You’ll develop an understanding of a range of project delivery methods, alongside gaining hands-on experience of Agile ways of working. This includes learning how teams plan, prioritise, and deliver value iteratively in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll also gain experience working across our wider technology teams, giving you a clear understanding of how everything fits together.

To help you get off to the best start, you’ll spend time supporting our customers directly as part of our Customer Service team.
