Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented graduate to join our team as an Insight Co-Ordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career who is interested in data, reporting, and business analysis.
You will support data-driven decision-making across the business, help maintain reporting systems, and play a key role in our digital transformation journey, including the implementation of a new ERP system. Full training and support will be provided to help you develop your skills and grow within the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Support the management of data and documentation within SharePoint
- Analyse data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Support the implementation and ongoing improvement of a new ERP system
- Work with different departments to understand reporting needs
- Help ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
- Assist in improving processes as part of digital transformation initiatives
- Produce regular and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders
- Maintain clear documentation of reporting processes and systems
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Data Analytics, IT, Mathematics)
- Basic experience or exposure to Power BI (academic or practical)
- Familiarity with SharePoint or willingness to learn
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Desirable
- Basic understanding of databases (e.g. SQL or data structures)
- Awareness of ERP systems or business systems
- Experience working with data (academic projects, internships, or placements)
- Interest in digital transformation and technology
