Internship M&A

Join our growing team

We are looking for new interns to join our London M&A team.

What You'll Do

• Gain experience and support the team in all aspects of M&A transactions
• Strong involvement in sell- and buy-side prospects and current mandates
• Work on pitch preparation, target and investor identification, as well as marketing materials
• Conduct market, industry and company research
• Work on financial modelling and valuation analyses

About You

• Graduate with a strong academic track record in economics, finance or other similar degree
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Fluent in English
• Previous work experience within investment banking, management consulting or other advisory is preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the commitment to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment
