The Private Equity division (~€8bn in AuM) is a core driver of the Group’s growth, pursuing differentiated strategies across Europe and globally. Within Private Equity, our UK team is dedicated to investing in mid-market businesses across several strategic investment themes: i) Energy Transition, ii) Aerospace & Defence, and iii) Regenerative Agriculture.

Responsibilities:

Deal Execution

  • Support with due diligence, market and company analysis, and financial modelling
  • Assist in preparing investment memoranda for committees

Origination & Sourcing

  • Conduct market mapping and identify potential investment opportunities
  • Screen new prospects and participate in meetings with advisors, entrepreneurs, and management teams

Portfolio Management

  • Monitoring and value creation initiatives across portfolio companies

Profile:

  • The ideal candidate is flexible, proactive, and possesses strong analytical and communication skills
  • Currently pursuing or holding a degree from a Business School or University with a specialisation in Economics, Finance or other relevant fields;
  • Previous internship experience in Investment Banking / Private Equity / Consulting is preferred but not a requirement;
  • Skilled in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel;
  • Experience with financial analysis and a solid understanding of key accounting principles;
